Pressure Die Casting is widely used in metal processing technology. It plays a huge role in the modern industry. There are also some problems occurs:

1.Oxidation slag: the reason is the charge is not clean, or in the process of using the burden is too many. There is reason can lead to oxidation the casting system design is bag, when filling the improper setting.

2.Stoma and shrinkage: this usually occurs due to the poor exhaust of mold tools, improper spraying of the coating system and improper setting of cooling ring can also cause stomatal and shrinkage pores.

3.Crackle: in the process of Low Pressure Die Casting, cracks are common, the mold design is not reasonable, sharp corners, wall thickness degree was most differences will lead to crack phenomenon.
